Mohammed Akmal Shafeeq S.A.M.

Shafeeq is a seasoned healthcare operations professional with over 14 years of experience in medical transcription and remote medical scribing. He has successfully developed and implemented protocols that enhance productivity and turnaround time (TAT), while also managing high-risk accounts with diligence and expertise. In his role as a Senior Trainer/New Hire Advisor, he has trained and deployed more than 160+ onshore scribes. He has also played a key role in onboarding large hospital groups and deploying over 750+ offshore scribes across various healthcare settings. His leadership in implementation has supported the onboarding of multiple specialty providers, ensuring smooth transitions and operational efficiency. Shafeeq holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications and is certified in Train-the-Trainer and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt methodologies. Outside of work, he enjoys playing cricket, building custom PCs, cooking South Indian delicacies, and exploring emerging technologies through social media.
