Before joining ScribeEMR, she held various leadership roles including Team Lead, Quality Coach, and Operations Manager. As an Implementation Manager, Louella specializes in leading end-to-end deployment of scribe services for healthcare providers — ensuring smooth onboarding, seamless workflow integration, and high client satisfaction. She is highly skilled in team coordination, quality assurance, training, and cross-functional collaboration. Louella holds a Master’s degree in English literature and a certification in Hospital Administration and Healthcare Management. Outside of work, she has a passion for reading, cooking, singing, and listening to music.
