Bobby Sanjay

Bobby, an ex-serviceman, began his career in the Indian Air Force, where he proudly served for nine years after completing his education. After transitioning from the armed forces, he built more than two decades of experience in medical transcription, culminating in his role as Operations Manager at Nuance Communications. Today, as a Senior Implementation Manager, Bobby plays a key role in onboarding new clients and providers, leading implementation initiatives that support organizational objectives. He has been instrumental in developing and refining Standard Operating Procedures to optimize processes, strengthen efficiency, and ensure seamless workflow integration. His focus on delivering exceptional onboarding experiences and maintaining high client satisfaction continues to drive operational excellence. Bobby resides in Bangalore with his wife, a kindergarten teacher, and their daughter, a developer at TCS. Beyond work, he enjoys cooking and is deeply passionate about rescuing and caring for feral cats.
